Nutty açaí bowl

Make the traditional açaí bowl but you can add a spoon or two of your favourite nutty butter to the açaí pulp as a variation.

You need (Serves 1)
Two sachets of raw açaí pulp (200g)
A dash of Guaraná Syrup (30-50ml) or honey
½ Banana

¼ Cup mixed nuts
¼ cup strawberries
Coconut or diary yoghurt
Spoon of almond / cashew or peanut butter

Leave the 100% organic raw açaí pulp sachets out of the freezer for approximately 20 mins. Break it up in the packs, then empty into a blender and break it up further using a knife.

Blend the frozen raw açaí pulp with guarana syrup and half the banana (if preferred) until smooth, thick and creamy.

Pour into a bowl, then top with sliced nuts, berries, yoghurt and your favourite nutty butter. Serve immediately and enjoy!
