Tropical açaí bowl

Make the traditional açaí bowl but you can add to the açaí pulp as a variation

You need (Serves 1)
Two sachets of raw açaí pulp (200g)
A dash of Guarana Syrup (30-50ml) or honey
½ Banana

1/2 cup blueberries
¼ cup mango chunks
Coconut flakes
Coconut yoghurt (optional for a bit of extra creaminess)

Leave the raw açaí pulp sachets out of the freezer for approximately 3 mins (or under the water for 1-2 minutes). Break it up in the packs, then empty into a blender and break it up further using a knife.

Blend the frozen raw açaí pulp with guarana syrup and half the banana (if preferred) until smooth, thick and creamy.

Pour into a bowls, then top with sliced bananas, blueberries, mango, coconut flakes and yoghurt. Serve immediately and enjoy!
