We will make every effort to get your order to you in perfect condition. To do this, we will dispatch your order in a Chilltainer with a Chill Gel pack. These measures will keep your items cool until they reach you. Please ensure you freeze your products on delivery.
For personal orders, delivery is only available currently in the wider Auckland area in New Zealand to physical addresses (post boxes and private bag numbers not permitted). We hope to extend our home delivery service beyond Auckland soon. If you live in another part of the country and would love some of our Riversea Trading açaí please drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with what you require and we will be delighted to quote a delivery price.
The average time for delivery for Auckland is 1-3 working days. The delivery times are subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We operate business hours Monday to Friday with the exception of NZ Public Holidays and endeavour to deliver after 3pm close to when people are home.
All goods require a signature upon delivery, and we will endeavour to book your products on couriers for delivery after 3pm on business days. We recommend that you specify a daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address. If a signature is not possible, please provide instructions on where to leave the parcel. Once the order has left our warehouse, redirecting a package will incur a delay in the delivery of your item, and potentially a cost. All orders are fully traceable through the tracking number emailed to you upon the dispatch of your order.
Any order which comes to less than NZ$200.00 or same day, will be charged $15 for delivery. Orders over NZ$200 will qualify for free shipping. Outside of the CBD and central Auckland, orders will be dispatched in 1-3 days. Please place separate orders for each separate delivery location.
If any item you have ordered is out of stock or no longer available, we will endeavor to contact you to confirm a replacement. If we cannot contact you within a reasonable timeframe, a similar item of the same or greater value will be substituted.
If you have not received your order within 4 days of receiving a dispatch confirmation, please send your order confirmation to email@example.com and we will follow up with you.
